About Me

I am a private client tax advisor specialising in the alternative asset management industry. I help my clients manage their overall personal tax affairs, including residence, domicile, remittances, asset ownership structures, inheritance tax, trusts and a variety of cross-border tax issues.

I specialise in advising private equity executives and carried interest holders, guiding them through the recent and extensive changes on the taxation of investment management fees and carried interest as well as the reforms to the tax treatment of non-UK domiciled individuals.

I also advise private equity houses on partnership tax and fund related matters such as UK investor tax reporting.
